Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payments • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your session. This covers preparation and holds your date. • The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash. • Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Until then, your chosen date remains open. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. • Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice; otherwise, a new deposit is required. • Cancellations result in the loss of the deposit. If I need to reschedule, I will offer the next available date. Illness & Emergencies • I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you or your child are unwell, please inform me as soon as possible. • In cases of illness, I will do my best to offer an alternative date. However, last-minute rescheduling without notice may result in the deposit being forfeited. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. If more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened. • If you are 30 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
